Anthropic推出Opus 4.6 Fast模式

Anthropic 今早为 Opus 4.6 推出快速模式：
- 每秒输出 token 数比标准模式高 2.5 倍
- 提示词 ≤ 200K token 时定价为标准 Opus 的 6 倍，> 200K token 时为 12 倍
- 在 Claude Code 中使用 /fast 切换
