Finally, I can put my bangs to something useful instead of just watching the music play!

the BYOK + CLI agents option is what caught my eye since Claude Code is basically my main driver these days. when you hand a task off to Claude Code or Codex from a voice command, does Sayonic wait for the whole thing to finish before telling you anything, or does it narrate progress back through the notch for a longer-running task? asking because voice feels great for the "open this, find that" stuff but I'd want some signal during a multi-minute agent run instead of just silence.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Ahmad, the maker of Sayonic.
I wanted a Mac assistant that does the small things I ask instead of typing out what I said. Sayonic is a pill that sits in the notch (or at any screen edge). Tap it, speak normally, and it opens the app, finds the tab or file, writes the note or adds the meeting.
A few things I cared about: - Your choice of brain: Sayonic Cloud with 6,000 credits a month on Pro or 25,000 on Max, CLI agents like Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI with their own sign-in, your own API key, or local models through Ollama or LM Studio. - It asks before it guesses, and agents ask before they act: Allow, Always allow or Deny. - Plain privacy: your voice and a short summary of the screen go to the brain you chose, only when you ask. No analytics, no ads. - It follows Urdu and Hindi mixed into English, which is how a lot of people actually talk.
It's $7.99 a month per Mac on Pro, or $19.99 on Max for more Cloud credits, so no API keys are needed to start. If you already have keys or use a coding agent, BYOK (bring your own keys) is $3.99 with every feature and no Cloud credits. Yearly gives two months free. For launch week: 3,000 bonus Cloud credits with code PRODUCTHUNT for the first 1,000 accounts (one each), until 9 October. I'd love to hear what you'd ask it to do, and where it falls short.
