The problem we kept hearing from builders using Lovable, Claude Code, and Base44 was some version of the same story: they'd built something genuinely useful, then hit a wall when they tried to take it somewhere serious. A healthcare organization, an enterprise client, a regulated business — any of those buyers has requirements around data security, access controls, and compliance that most AI-generated apps don't come close to meeting. Building on what Elliott shared, From a product perspective this is one of the clearest signals we have seen from our customer base all year: builders kept telling us the same thing, that standing up an app is the easy part, and proving it is safe enough for real data is where things get hard.
