Hey Product Hunt 👋
Two weeks ago I searched "what's the cost?" in our Intercom help center.
It matched on "the" 🤦♂️
It's 2026 and help center search was still keyword matching. I tweeted about it, Intercom confirmed it was a bug, and I said: if it's not fixed in 7 days, I'm building my own.
On day four, I had one.
That's chat.sh. I moved testimonial.to's help center onto it (live at testimonial.to/guide), and it's what I use every day now.
What's different:
🔍 Search reads the question and writes the answer, with links to the articles it came from 📁 It lives in a folder on your site, like yoursite.com/help, not a subdomain 🔗 URLs a human can read, and a preview card for every article when you share it 🤖 Every page can be copied as markdown or opened in ChatGPT or Claude, plus llms.txt for agents
Next up: a chat messenger that gives the same answers inside your app, then a support inbox.
Pricing: pay once, no subscription.
💳 $399 (only for now): 1,000 AI credits a month, 3 teammates, 3 inbox seats 💳 $799 (only for now): 5,000 AI credits a month, 5 teammates, 5 inbox seats
Every time we ship the next piece, the price goes up $100. Buy today and you get the messenger and the inbox when they land, without paying again.
I'd love your feedback, especially if you've ever searched your own help center and found nothing. Try it at chat.sh/help and ask it anything.

the yoursite.com/help part is the detail I'd want to understand before buying a lifetime deal. is that a reverse proxy you run that serves live from chat.sh, or does it actually write static files into my site's repo/folder? makes a real difference for what happens to my help center years from now if chat.sh the company doesn't make it - static files I own outright are a very different risk than a proxy pointed at someone else's server.
