Amazon 数据中心交易弃用 NDA，AI 代理瞄准用户支付
数据中心保密协议松动与 AI 代理接入支付，是同一件事的两面：AI 基建要先拿社区信任，个人 AI 要先拿用户授权。
Amazon 表示与地方政府谈判数据中心项目时不再使用 NDA（保密协议），此前 Microsoft 今年也做出类似决定。保密做法助长了社区对 AI 基建的反对，从纽约到旧金山已有数百项暂停令被提出或通过。同时一批创业公司押注消费者愿意让 AI 代理访问收件箱、文件和信用卡，前提是网站肯放行。
